What we do
Waterproofing for flat roofs, from survey to handover.
We focus on one thing: roofs that stay dry. That means doing the preparation and the details properly, not just rolling on a coating.
Roof inspection and measurement
We check the substrate, slopes, drainage, joints and penetrations, measure the roof, and report what needs repair before any coating goes on.
Liquid-applied waterproofing
Seamless, UV-resistant membrane systems for flat concrete and metal roofs, with a reflective finish to reduce heat build-up.
Detailing and repair
Parapets, upstands, drains, pipes, expansion joints and cracks. Details are where leaks often start, so they get the most attention.
Documented handover
Photos, readings and layer records for each project, so you know exactly what was applied, where and when.
Hot-climate conditions
A roof in the Middle East is a harder job than a roof in Europe.
A system that works in a temperate climate is not automatically right here. We choose and apply systems with these three things in mind.
Heat
Roof surfaces get far hotter than the air. Every waterproofing system has temperature limits for application and storage, and we plan the work around them.
Sun
Constant UV exposure breaks down the wrong materials. We specify UV-resistant systems with a reflective top coat.
Dust and standing water
Fine dust on a surface that looks clean, and water that does not drain, are common reasons for poor adhesion. We clean, test and fix drainage before we coat.

We repair, clean, prime and apply the system layer by layer, in suitable conditions.
